Team Management
- Manage beauty Boutique sales in terms of recruitment, leadership, training and performance appraisal
- Along with the boutique manager, supervise the organization and efficiency of the team = monitor individual and collective objectives, encourage team work, share knowledge and expertise
- Conduct and organise briefings to the team
Business development- Assist the boutique manager in analysing the sales, run analyses and reports, propose appropriate corrective actions
- Drive growth by having his/her clientele and contributing to the sales of the boutique: lead by example in term of perfect client experience retail and CRM targets
- Act pro-actively to recruit, retain and grown client return rate
- Help the boutique manager to develop business initiatives in line with the brand vision and strategy
Client Relations and Experience- Ensure excellence in customer service in accordance with the Brand's standards: create a unique experience for each customer
- Support the sales team on the shop floor
- Ensure the team has the tools/training to provide client experience
- Facilitates the resolution of client service complaints
- Strongly encourage the team to manage, use and develop the customer database
Operate the Boutique- Ensure the retail space is well maintained and the visual Merchandising guidelines are respected
- Assist the Boutique Manager for the staff schedules , including day to day operational zoning to ensure floor coverage and optimal client service
- Ensure the stock is effectively managed and control procedures are implemented to anticipate and limit variations
- Along with the boutique manager, ensure the respect of the Boutique Charter and the Boutique procedures at all times
- Ensure the continuity of the business and quality of service when the Boutique Manager is not present
Profile- Post Graduate Degree
- Ideally 3 years experience in boutique management
- Luxury Retail Experience
- English (fluent) skills required
- French and Arabic highly desired
