- Plan, organize and deliver various client events from inception to successful completion
- Liase with clients, suppliers, artists and other various project stakeholders while effectively communicating the project vision and current direction
- Manage all project administration, timetables, suppliers contracts & invoices
- Actively seek out for new prospective suppliers and talents constantly expanding resources
- Keep internal database updated on a daily basis with up-to-date information of suppliers and talents
- Manage & replenish event assets inventory
- Carry out any other duties as required by the team
