The Role:
Responsible for managing the entire Warehouse operations including the Warehouse teams, visitor controls, safety and security. Receive process and dispatch merchandise to stores.
Other responsibilities will include:
\[ Motivate own team to increase productivity.
\[ Ensure transparent communication.
\[ Ensure that all Distribution Center Departments receive and process daily picking and store deliveries & Update weekly and monthly reports.
\[ Ensure Supervision and Leadership to the team.
\[ Appraise Employees and monitor performance against set goals. Identify development needs and potential in order to assign appropriate job functions to develop them.
\[ Plan and manage the stock take process.
\[ Assist in maintaining a clean and well-organised Distribution Center, conducting daily inspection checks of areas.
\[ Ensure that Employees are trained and familiar with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
\[ Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse / distribution center at a supervisory level/Management level.
\[ Strong communication Skills.
\[ PC literacy.
\[ Strong Leadership Skills.
