Urgent requirement for Product Development Manager - Pastry - MAISON SUCRE BAKERY

• Support the development of culinary department • Relentless commitment to creating the best quality products and programs in the industry


• Develop successful and sustainable pastry programs and products that support the initiates/goals of the company


• Create recipes that are culinary sound as well as cost accurate by keeping a dedication to the principles of precise recipe writing, recipe yields and production notes.


• Be operationally focused and customer obsessed • Help identify product development points and timelines to ensures that company goals are met


• Partner with bakery team to create training and execution guidance for new programs and projects • Support pilot runs, and first production runs as necessary to troubleshoot feasibility and ensure smooth execution.


• Ability to collaborate and direct third-party partner suppliers to meet our product requirements


• Courageously think outside-of-the-box and be willing to test new waters


• Identify cost savings through production means and ingredient usage while maintaining overall quality


• Coordinate the team feedback, sensory guidance and technical direction between Consumer Insights and the product vendor and or other external technical resources for specific projects


• Perform other miscellaneous product development duties as necessary
