Telesales Executive - Arabic Speaking

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:


The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating leads, winning business and up-selling our services.

The role holder will be part of a small business to business telesales team responsible for generating and qualifying leads by calling current, potential and existing customers and booking appointments for the Sales team. They will also be involved with various telemarketing campaigns and promotions.


The role holder will work collaboratively with all Sales Team and Account Leads to ensure that effective communication is established in order to represent the company as a market leader in access platform hire, equipment sales.


This role requires a self starter who will take a proactive approach to outbound calling to current and potential customers and decision makers.


This is an office based role.


 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


New Business Development:


  • Participate in outbound calling campaigns to generate leads in line with business needs

  • Adopt a tenacious but professional approach, acting as an ‘ambassador’ of the Company

  • Generate appointments and sales leads for the appropriate operational and sales staff to follow up

  • Research, identify and qualify potential customers needs and requirements

  • Gather relevant potential customer information over the phone to help prepare the operational and sales staff for appointment so the best possible conversion rates are achieved

  • Maintain constant communication with operational and sales staff to ensure smooth transition from lead generation to close

  • Use extensive knowledge to keep customers informed of our products and services

  • Look for opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell across our entire product portfolio

  • Develop and sustain a strong relationship between our company and our customers

  • Deal with all customer queries quickly, efficiently and cost effectively

  • Ensure customer service and customer expectations are exceeded

 


 Sales Support Activities:


  • Ensure the CRM system is routinely updated with information such as call outcomes, generated leads, quotes sent and sales achieved

  • Complete regular reporting activities to measure self and team against agreed targets

  • Preparing and coordinating customer proposals and quotations
