Role Requirements 


• Manage the annual talent identification and review cycle. This would include Talent Brokering, Succession Planning, identification of high-potential employees, assessment of flight risks and the completion of employee Talent Cards to drive improved insight into the capabilities of the tribe
• Design and bring to life strategies to ensure the attraction, assessment and retention of talent
• Assist with the assessment and recruitment of senior roles and develop talent to improve depth of experience and skills
• Strengthening and diversifying talent pipelines to business critical and leadership roles. This would include the implementation of high potential programmes, coaching, 360o feedback, scoping and delivery of Emerging Talent requirements and embedding initiatives to promote the attraction and successful development of diverse talent
• Drive the tribe engagement strategy by developing high performers to become successors
• Advising on how to maximise talent and capability growth opportunities as well as to manage potential risk within business change
• Monitoring the effectiveness of talent management within the business, providing specialist insight, analysis and recommendations to continuously improve the approach.
• Create development opportunities that result in futures for bright, passionate people
• Conduct Talent Assessments to evaluate readiness, talent gaps and retention risks
• Establishing ways to measure the total effectiveness of all learning and development.
• After analysing this information, focus on improving employee abilities and strengthening the skill set of a company’s existing workforce.
