Prepare and coordinate Solutioning meetings, to monitor and make sure that all relevant stakeholders adhere to the timelines or expectations set out and agreed in the meetings.
Facilitate brainstorming and discussion sessions to resolve problems faced by clients.
Assisting Sales and Solutions Lead in developing workflows and diagrams to identify and capture the problems that the clients may be facing.
Assist to develop practical, workable solutions to problems.
Compile minutes and ensure proper document management and dissemination as per the Solutioning team.
Assist with the general administrative duties in the UAE office.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
