- Oversee the daily operation of the Car Park and implement the client’s operational requirements.
- Oversee the Central Control Room Operations, the exit and entry traffic etc.
- Execute the car park operational plan (staff positions, rosters etc.
- Ensure a cost efficient, quality driven operations and management of all the car park services.
- Ensure service standards are met that helps to provide a positive image of client.
- Provide statistical information and written reports on service performance as required.
- Coordinate with other internal departments (Accounting, HR/Admin., Technical, IT, etc.).
- Attend Client’s operational performance management and other meetings.
- Submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for Self-Parking to be submitted to client within the agreed frequency, format and due dates.
- Comply with the client’s and SP Health and Safety policies.
- Oversee the staff training programs in coordination with HR Team.
- Resolve client /visitor complaints and keep record of all incident and issues.
- Monitor stock levels relating to parking supplies (tickets, uniforms, consumables, etc.) as per company budget.
- Responsible to overview cash collection procedures as per accounting procedures of SP/Client.
- Keep abreast of the functionality of the car park equipment installed in coordination with site equipment engineers or Technical Team.
- Assists client in optimizing the parking usage and revenue and in promoting the parking to car parking users.
- Ensure that all the KPI’s are met and monitor it on daily basis.
- Ensure at least 2 initiatives on semi- annually basis for upgrading status of services offered using latest Technology and Marketing tools in the Parking Industry are submitted to Client.
- Promote best practice from the staff and contractors.
