We are a small professional training company based in Knowledge Village, Dubai. We have an immediate opening for an experienced and self-driven secretary who can take care of the following responsibilities:


  • Answering all phone calls and providing required information regarding our training offerings tracking and updating all training inquiries in our CRM database and following up with respective clients and leads in order to assist with their questions or registration process.

  • Calling up HR and training departments to introduce our company services

  • Process course registration paperwork and documents prepare invoices & quotations

  • Follow up with clients on outstanding payments

  • Participate in developing and executing effective mass-mail campaigns

  • Contribute to enhancing our social media presence and exposure on blogs, forums, and related websites

  • It is important to note that we are not a call center and do not receive many phone calls or walk-ins.

As such, you must be a self-driven professional who can multi-task and contribute in other areas as stated above (without being told)
