To provide oversight for the Systematic Approach to Training Process. To ensure correct instructional techniques are implemented consistently throughout the corporation.


Use of a Systematic Approach to Training



  • Coordinate the review, maintenance, and revision of Job and Task Analyses associated with accredited training programs to ensure compliance with procedural and accreditation requirements.

  • Ensure periodic assessments of Training accredited training programs to verify compliance with Systematic Approach to Training processes and expectations.

  • Provide support to the staff in applying Systematic Approach to Training processes to training program development, implementation, and assessment to ensure accreditation requirements are met.


Support Training activities 



  • Develop Training docuements to ensure the establishment of the Training process.

  • Review training lesson plans, student handouts, presentations, and assessment tools to ensure compliance with Training procedures.

  • Provide guidance, support and training to Training personnel on the development and maintenance of training program lesson material and assessment tools to ensure compliance with Training procedures and expectations.

  • Design, develop and maintain processes to verify and maintain instructor qualifications to ensure compliance with CBT procedures requirements.

  • Develop, schedule and implement initial and continuing training programs for Training instructors and Subject Matter Experts to establish and maintain instructor competency.

  • Analyze and trend data gathered through instructor observations to provide input into the design and content of instructor continuing training.

  • Provide oversight and monitoring of the consistent application of training procedures, processes and industry guidance.

  • Participate in evaluations and assessments focusing on improving training effectiveness.  


Follow HSE policies and procedures



  • Follow all relevant departmental HSE policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure HSE compliance in all aspects of work in accordance with sound management practices by applying these HSE policies and procedures to self and others to take reasonable care for the health and safety of people, or the environment, who are at the employee's place of work who may be affected by the employees acts or omissions at work.
