Our client, one of the leading Media and Events company are looking for an Sales Manager - Events who can really drive business and utilize each of their spaces to its maximum. He will be responsible for gathering , handling and converting event leads, before managing the client through the complete business development process.

<br />· Researching markets to identify opportunities for events , promotions and gala nights .
<br />· Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements.
<br />· Should be efficient in generating new leads , market mapping , bringing new clients for Events , Promotions , Gala Events , Ramadan Events , Corporate Events.
<br />· Agreeing to and managing the marketing budget.
<br />· Receiving, handling and converting Meetings, Events and Group enquiries.
<br />· Planning events in conjunction with the client.
<br />· Presenting and Selling available and suitable event options to the highest possible standard.
<br />· Contact Meeting Planner by mail, telephone, customer outings and site inspections.
<br />· Coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire.
<br />· Identifying and securing speakers or special guests.
<br />· Planning room layouts and the entertainment programs, scheduling workshops and demonstrations.
<br />· Coordinating staff requirements and staff briefings.
<br />· Selling sponsorship/stand/exhibition space to potential exhibitors/partners.
<br />· Liaising with PR colleagues to promote the event.
<br />· Liaising with clients and designers to create a brand for the event and organizing the production of tickets, posters, catalogue and sales brochures.
<br />· Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly.
<br />· Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising.
<br />· Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.
<br />· Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets.

<br />RequirementsShould be having 3-4 years of Experience in Media / Events Industry
<br />Should be Fluent in Arabic and English
