Our client is a leading multinational Hotel
Apartments property, located in the heart of Dubai and not too far from the iconic Burj Khalifa.


 


 


They are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive as part of their business expansions.


 


 


Due to government legalisations, they are only looking to hire EMIRATI national for this role.


 


 


As a Sales executive promoting all hotel services to clients, your role will be to plan,  develop, deploy and manage sales activities for multiple accounts generating revenue and  expanding your client portfolio. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the business stays ahead of competition through effective  customer relationship management and sales techniques.


 


 


This is a hands-on sales role, that would require someone who is highly self-motivated and willing to work on own initiative to succeed.


 


 


Main responsibilities:


  • Develop and propose long and short term strategies to attract and manage new clients

  • Increase market share growth

  • Complete account management responsibility, maintains effective client relationships, and contract negotiations

  • Determine market requirements through feedback, surveys & field analysis

  • Measure and track individual accounts

  • Plan and implement sales events, sponsorship for prospective and targeted clients

  • Provide clients with ongoing brand support and customer service

  • Meet the assigned sales objectives

  • Continuous process improvements and business development initiatives
