Regional Infrastructure Manager - Manpower Middle East

Our client is now recruiting for Regional Infrastructure Lead. You will be reporting directly to the Corporate Services Manager.


Scope/Function:
• Provide technical skills, planning and functional accountability as a key representative for infrastructure operations and projects within the global IT infrastructure team.
• Act as a subject matter specialist in the area of IT infrastructure with breadth and depth in several technologies, solutions and services
• Work in a team setting, sharing information and assisting other colleagues and business departments
• Manage the regional IT staff who deliver end user services and provide technical support, in collaboration with management and service provider, this role plays and integral part in infrastructure planning, project execution and ongoing sustainment of the production environment to ensure the efficient operation of the company’s systems and the integrity of it’s data.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities
• Participate in IT architectural services (solution design, research of new technology, project architecture) under the direction of the Director, Global IT Infrastructure and Security.
• Responsible for the implementation, delivery and administration of IT Infrastructure services as required which include and not limited to:
Network configurations, Network Monitoring/Optimization and Clean-up, Windows server Administration and Management including Virtualization, Active Directory Services, File/print Service Administration, Wireless Network Infrastructure
• Assist in the provisioning of end-user services, including service desk and technical support services
• Review and recommend enhancements for delivering and infrastructure that will support current and future business system initiatives
• Provide Tier II support for network service, desktop, Active directory, network printing, serves and supported software
• Participate in IT project initiatives that may include solution design
• Ensure operational stability and reliability of the IT infrastructure that support the productivity tools and business systems of the company.
• Accountable for administering relevant IT General Controls associated within area of responsibility
• Responsible for recording all events and corresponding actions related to incident management in the current Service Desk Information system and/or the IT change management tracking tool.
• Comply all the company’s HR, Quality, HSE and all the company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
