Reception Manager - Residential Building - Harmony Connections

An opportunity has arisen for a Reception Manager to lead the Front Office department for a residential apartment hotel establishment located in Dubai.


 


Main duties and responsibilities:


  • Handle any problems or guest and  residents’ complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Ensure the privacy of all guests.

  • Dealing with guests bookings, and  residents long and short term contracts.

  • Provide any rooms with special requests, requirements and other issues.

  • Communicate closely with Housekeeping at all times about room allocation changes, pending departures, and arrivals.

  • Communicate closely with Guest Relation about VIP room allocation changes.

  • Coordinate Room Moves and communicate them to all necessary departments.

  • Handle any pending bills, payments and follow ups.

  • Conducts spot checks on a regular basis.

  • Assist in maximizing room revenue and controlling departmental expenses.

  • Handle late charge letters in a responsible manner ensuring that the guest’s signature is on the applicable bill and that a receipt and letter is forwarded to the guest.
