- Responsible for collaborating with the engineers, architects, and stakeholders to determine the specifications of the project, negotiating contracts with external vendors, obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Lead, supervise, motivate and coordinate with the project team designated to carry out the execution of the project.
- Liaise with company's cost control and planning department to ensure all plans accurately reflected and updated.
- Manage all internal and external interface activities, interface with subcontractor's personnel and insure that all subcontractors are advised of.
- Determining resources such as manpower, equipment’s and materials from start to finish within the budget.
- Set up project management plan, with schedules, milestones, deliverables and timelines as per schedule management plan.
- Manage all weekly/monthly progress reports. Manage the preparation of payment certificates and collection. Manage the VO, EOT for project.
- Manage and supervise various scopes, day to day activities, operations, all planning activities, productivity, quality, cost schedule/ control/ estimation and allocation
- Provide the correct level of reporting to meet company requirements.
- Supervise the labor and mechanics and provide guidance as required, acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies, plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met.
- Implementation, monitoring progress, and completion of site works
- Manage relationship with Client, consultants and other stakeholders
- Attend meetings with Client for all aspects of project progress
- Prepare testing, commissioning plans, close-out reports
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports and ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
