Candidate with Oil & Gas Experience, preferably with UAE experience. The candidates should have played a leadership role as a Project Manager in Project Management, Project planning, Cost Control, Contract Management, Co-ordination with Client / Consultant / Vendors / Sub-contractors / government Authorities, Testing / Commissioning. Good exposure in managing projects by applying project management fundamentals like identifying requirements, addressing various needs, concerns, and risks as the project is planned & carried-out, and balancing the competing project constraints etc. Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Should have excellent Decision making and leadership Skills. Good exposure to HSE and quality standards. Should have good Project Management Skills. PMP certification preferable.
Responsible for all construction and erection works to meet the contractual requirements, project schedules and budget. Should be able to plan, monitor and execute projects independently. Responsible for the successful outcome of the projects. Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the particular project. Manage the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner. Coordinate fully with the Project Team to get the project completed. Identify the resources needed and assign individual responsibilities to inter-discipline departments. Ensure quality check of the deliverables prepared by team before passing to Client. To undertake QC reporting interaction with other departments of Company and clients to assure production schedules and deliveries are met. Ensure to enforce Company standard quality policies and procedures. Meet with Management/Clients in a professional manner and have the ability to communicate effectively both in the concerns & best interests of the company. Have the ability to analyze and forecast a project’s cost reports and determine the status of the job in terms of schedule and costing. Assist the Client in identifying, tracking managing and resolving project issues. Recognize competent subordinate’s worthy of promotion and be abreast of position vacancies to ensure staff progression. Conduct project meetings, bi-weekly or monthly as needed. Ensure that the project is in a positive cash flow position and prepare Project Manager Reports accurately and timely for submission to the management.
