  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive 

  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation organizing events and conferences

  • Reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines

  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
