Acts as a Hazardous and Noxious Substances (HNS) subject matter expert and provides specialized technical
expertise across the entire value chain of the Oil Spill & HNS Response Department, from response planning
to contractor management, in order to promote continual improvement and excellence in HNS preparedness
and response.
