To provide administrative and organisational support to Asset Management Department Public Equities.



Responsibilities


  • Responsible for administrative correspondence, memoranda, minutes, reports, invoices, etc.

  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records.

  • Responsible for management of calendars, coordinating travel schedules and events arrangements.

  • Manage telephone calls; daily oversight and management of incoming and outgoing mail

  • Serve as a liaison between key management personnel.

  • Provide Analytical support regarding a variety of highly sensitive and complex issues.

  • Research background material to find needed information, using such sources as the internet.

  • Manage the office which may include handling a broad range of complex issues needing considerable judgment

  • Understand and assist with the flow of confidential information.

  • Travel planning for the Management Team.
