Office Assistant - Deli and Meal LLC

We are currently on the lookout for a Female office assistant for a Food and Beverage company based in Dubai. Candidate must possess good office management skills with expertise in MS Office.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Maintain daily and monthly sales, inventory report

  • Handle office bills and payments.

  • Coordinate with all the suppliers regarding SOA and cheque release

  • Receive and respond to electronic communications

  • Coordinate with all the outlets in regards to daily expenses.

Must be:


  • Well-organized and Efficient

  • Professional and smart

  • Good computer and excellent English communication skills
