We are currently on the lookout for a Female office assistant for a Food and Beverage company based in Dubai. Candidate must possess good office management skills with expertise in MS Office.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintain daily and monthly sales, inventory report
- Handle office bills and payments.
- Coordinate with all the suppliers regarding SOA and cheque release
- Receive and respond to electronic communications
- Coordinate with all the outlets in regards to daily expenses.
Must be:
- Well-organized and Efficient
- Professional and smart
- Good computer and excellent English communication skills
