Our client, a well-known healthcare facility in UAE is currently recruiting for
<b>Occupational Therapist - Home Care</b> to be based in Abu Dhabi.
<br />
<br />Your responsibilities would include but not limited to:
<br />
<br />• Plans and conducts individualized occupational therapy programs in a home care environment to help patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities.
<br />• Teaches patients skills/techniques and how to use adaptive equipment for participating in activities.
<br />• Studies, evaluates, and records patients' activities and progress.
<br />• Developing and revising the plan of care in consultation with the physician and other care-team members.
<br />• Preparing clinical progress notes.
<br />• Supervising therapy assistants and home health aides as appropriate.
<br />• Planning Discharge.
<br />• Educate patients and/or families about proper safe use and recommend methods for installation of adaptive equipment.
<br />

<br />Requirements
<b>To be considered for the role,</b> you must meet the following criteria.
<br />
<br />• Requires a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
<br />• Must have clinical experience in home and community care setting or community outreach.
<br />• Willing to work for 12 hours (AM and PM shift), 48 hours per week
<br />• Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi
