Key responsibilities
The Marketing Executive supports the marketing manager in the daily activities. The position requires a great deal of responsibility and requires a good time management with multi-tasking skills. The candidate should be hands-on, having good communication skills, a multi-tasker and prepared to work within the deadlines.
Responsibilities
• Overseeing and developing the marketing campaigns from start to end
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
• Monitoring the performance of the campaigns
• Developing and presenting ideas and strategies to the management
• Promotional activities
• Coordination for the monthly promotional catalogue
• Direct marketing: work out SMS & e-mail campaigns
• Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
• Writing and proofreading creative copy
• Establishing good contact with the Mall Management
• Organise roadshows and events
• Responsible for the coordination with the banks to work out joint promotions
• Monitoring if the corporate identity guidelines are being followed in the organization
• Coordinate all the documentation process for the marketing department
• Updating databases and using the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Digital and online marketing (together with the digital team): Managing campaigns on social media, maintaining websites and looking at data analytics.
