The role is responsible for supporting the Ceremonies & Daily Production Department in bringing together visual representation to create moving images. Additional responsibitlies include providing coordination and management support to the team for day-to-day scoping, work planning and scheduling throughout the planning, readiness and operational delivery phases.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
- Enhance show presentations with complete story telling in moving image format;
- Editing and use of multimedia tools;
- Manage story assets;
- Support the maintenance of the integrity and accuracy of milestones for the Ceremonies and Daily Production Department;
- Identify schedule and resource conflicts and facilitate the trade-off decisions between the priorities of different projects;
- Quality review and analysis of information;
- Support the visual artist in bringing the visuals to life;
- Advanced in key frame animation with software examples After Effects & Adobe Premiers.
