- Work with the Maintenance team in the daily activities of Maintenance Division to ensure that installation, maintenance, and testing activities of equipment comply with specifications.
- Work with other Engineers, Technicians and other personnel to implement operating procedures and provide technical information.
- Monitor the production lines to ensure continuous running of equipment.
- Investigate and resolve equipment failures and diagnose faulty operation.
- Work with Machine Operators to understand and implement maintenance duties.
- Implement the maintenance and safety procedures, preventive maintenance schedule and identify parts required to maintain equipment in the prescribed condition.
- Review the operation of equipment and systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime and solve problems in a timely manner.
- Ensure that machines are always available for production by coordinating with Machine Operators, Technicians and other Engineers.
- Work within the team to develop and implement preventive maintenance processes.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work to the Production Division in mixing and packing areas.
- Participate in the implementation of Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
- Escalate maintenance concerns to the Line Managers.
- Conduct electrical and electromechanical adjustment as necessary.
- Maintain administrative control of records related to maintenance and production programs.
- Observe and comply with the Health and Safety Policy.
