To process all visas on behalf of the Company, including employment, business and personal
To liaise with the authorities to ensure timely processing of visa applications
To support the legal team in Company registrations
To liaise with authorities to ensure Company compliance to local laws and regulations
To represent the Company in all employment law cases along with Director of Legal & Admin
To be responsible for collecting bank guarantees for visas
To keep updated on labour related changes in relation to visa processing
To process local amendments in coordination with the authorities
To support employees on sponsoring family members
To deal with government authorities in relation to the buying or selling of land/property
Process trade license renewals
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
