Adrilltech is an independent and privately owned international oilfield services company with Headquarters in the UAE and presence in ten countries. Adrilltech specialises in the provision of 'Non Stop Driller' services to the oil and gas industry. The Non Stop Driller (NSD) is a sub-based system which enables the continuous circulation of drill fluids down the drill string while making or breaking drill pipe connections. The system has been designed to reduce the cost of drilling by improving drilling efficiency, operational safety, hole condition and reducing non-productive time.
THE POSITION
The Junior Mechanical Maintenance Technician will be based in Jebal Ali and will work within a small but highly motivated and energetic team to support Adrilltech’s field operations. The successful applicant will report directly to the Oil field Technician and to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities include, but not limited, to:
• This is a Workshop position based at JAFZA.
• Pre-operations preparations including preparing equipment packages for mobilization and checking equipment against checklists.
• Carry out both routine and responsive maintenance and quality checks on ‘non stop driller’ equipment.
• Carry out stock control of equipment and spare parts and maintain the logging system.
• Maintain a safe and tidy warehouse and working environment.
