• Meeting new and existing clients to understand their requirements.
• Visit the site to obtain information for as-built drawings.
• Preparing sketches, 2D & 3D drawings with a high-quality render.
• Providing drawing support to a senior interior designer.
• Producing working drawing packages, mood board, sample boards, and 3D design.
• Prepare the technical drawings.
• Collaborate with the draftsman to deliver correct production drawings.
• Delivering projects under strict deadlines and within the client’s budget.
• Coordinating and monitoring the work of both contractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate and prepare client presentations
• Ensure up to date knowledge in the Landlord regulations, Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense application and process, and ensure the same is applied to all projects undertaken
