As a senior IT Manager you will be responsible for managing the IT and IT related infrastructure of Bounce, including all IT requirements (hardware, software, network, pcs, printing, CCTV & Audio/visual systems).
Key accountabilities
• Ensure a robust IT infrastructure
• Implementation of relevant IT/ IT Related systems and infrastructure
• Manage of the IT environment including scheduled backup of critical data & security of data (virus/malware), maintenance and control of software licenses / passwords / accessibility & IT assets.
• Management and coordination of I.T. vendors for required services
• Generation of MIS reports as required.
• Network Management and trouble shooting of the user PC and network devices.
• Effective training of new recruits on IT
