Our client, an international law firm, is currently looking for a well experienced
<b>IT Helpdesk Specialist</b> to support their UAE operation. In this role, you will be expected to do the following:
<br />· Exceptional telephone and email support to users from all offices globally.
<br />· Handling the variety of walk-in requests to the Service Desk in a professional manner.
<br />· On-site deskside support for the UAE offices
<br />· Excellent incident management; progressing and monitoring through to resolution.
<br />· Audio visual support - meeting room set up and video conferencing support
<br />· Working towards individual and team targets.
<br />· Imaging, installation and setup of PC equipment
<br />· Support of HP printers / MFP devices
<br />· Setup and support of mobile devices
<br />· Create support documentation and knowledge articles for use by the IS team and the business.
<br />· Involvement in ad hoc projects
<br />· Required to join the out-of-hours rota completed on a rotational basis
<br />

<br />RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
<br />- Have strong background in using the following application
<br />o Windows 7
<br />o MS Office 2010 - 2016 including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access
<br />o MS Internet Explorer - IE11
<br />o Skype for Business
<br />o iManage Desksite / Filesite / Worksite 9
<br />o InterAction relationship management system - web and windows client
<br />o Elite practice management system (Webview and Enterprise)
<br />o IntApp Time
<br />o IntApp Wallbuilder
<br />o Workshare 7/8/9 including Deltaview and Protect
<br />o Remote assistance technology eg. VNC
<br />o RSA
<br />- Familiar with the following hardware
<br />o iPhone's/iPad's
<br />o Wyse Portable terminals
<br />o HP printers
<br />- Familiarity with the following associated technologies or platforms
<br />o VMWare Horizon
<br />o Windows 7
<br />o Active Directory
<br />o Zero Client Technology - Samsung
<br />o Mitel IP Phones and Skype for Business
<br />o Video conferencing
<br />o Lifesize and WebEX video conferencing
<br />o Basic TCP/IP troubleshooting
<br />o Avaya network switches
<br />
