8 Month Temporary Contract


Business context and specific position features
 Reports to HRBP Middle East and HRBP Africa
 Manages routine tasks and projects in HR Ops, C&B, HR Administration for UAE, KSA, Egypt, Algeria, South Africa, Morocco and Tunisia
 HR Ops Analyst is a part of multinational HR team and is involved in communications with in country HR, Commercial/function teams and corporate CoEs.



Key tasks to focus now:
1. Help HRBP and GM finalize the new Middle East structure
2. Support employees’ relocations (new contracts, managing GM, comp & benefits,,,)
3. Support with Workday data updates following the new structure announcements
4. Execute the payrolls of MEA on time


General Responsibilities:
 HR policies and procedures transfer, localization, update,
 Managing the operation of monthly payroll processes and salary payments in line with the provider company for UAE, KSA, Algeria, Tunisia, and South Africa
 Responsible for accurate and timely data management in systems (Workday, Leave system)
 Track and update local database, assisting in developing new documents as needed etc.
 Administer local employee benefits (insurance, etc.) enrollment
 Manage HR suppliers (insurance, Fragomen, etc)
 Prepare HR reporting (monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc, etc.), regular org charts update
 Keep local HR communication resources (Sharepoint) up to date
 Onboard all new joiners in MEA
 Continuously improvising and improving the new joiner experience (upgrading brilliant at basics,
changing with changing circumstances)
 Assist with the recruitment of some positions in MEA
 Support HRBPs in employee engagement initiatives in MEA
 Support Line managers during the year end performance process on systems.
 Responsible for global reporting needed for the Region (Budget, OPEX, Headcount etc.)
 Coordinates company off-boarding processes from beginning to end.


Qualification
 Higher education: HR/ Business Administration
 Excellent Excel and Power Point Skills required, PC user: MS Outlook, Excel, Power Point
 Experienced with Workday (HR system)
