Helpdesk/Admin manager - Abu Dhabi Supplies & Commercial Services

Day to day functions of the site admin including invoices, checklists for site and HSE, filing, POs. Day to day managing of the helpdesk from work requests to work orders and ensuring all work orders closed off correctly.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day to day site administration including but not limited to invoices, helping tenants with requests, PO requests etc
Day to day helpdesk responsibilities but not limited to handling of the work order request, allocating work orders to technicians following up on work order completed timeously. Work with Call Centre on work orders raised daily.
Work well with people, liaise with tenants, staff and management as and when required


EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:
Good English written, spoken and understanding
Good site administration knowledge in terms of financial and people skills
Good people skills and communication with tenants, Call Centre, staff and management on a daily basis
Good understanding of working with a CAFM system
