Not only focusing on the long haul but also focusing on the real time business needs. You'll be responsible for the successful implementation of the performance management systems across the group. Implementation is the KEY. Ability to develop a culture that fosters inclusiveness and an organization that is "battle ready" for the sweeping changes that have been a part of the ME ecosystem for the last few years.
