We are currently looking for an Events/ Business manager Manager specialised in activation, production and compliance to work for a leading entertainment company in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the brand development and execution of events activation plan
- Develop and implement event planning strategies, operational responsibilities and compliance outlook
- Good market knowledge and relations with suppliers
- Focus on the event calendar with various IPs
- Work with different teams such as production, operations and media for event purpose
- Maintain the relationship with Government and private key accounts within the region
- Manage the event (planning, production execution, operations, logistics…)
- Oversee the performance through assessing the progress of the plan and provide recommendations accordingly
- Manage the budget and oversee spending
- Developing new clients
Requirements:- Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Advertising or related field
- Candidate must have minimum 10 years of experience in events, marketing, branding and communications management
- Willing to travel to KSA on a regularly basis
- Experience with managing events media agencies and marketing activities within the Middle East
- Excellent communication skills and building relationships
- Attention to detail and awareness of cultural relevance
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop new clients
- Knowledge in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
