RAKBANK is looking to hire a Digital Product Manager who will bring in industry best practices in digital product design, own and manage strategic digital initiatives right from inception through delivery and to growth. This resource will collaborate closely with units across the Bank to build consensus, secure resourcing and ensure rapid progress on assigned initiatives.
This position will be expected to work independently and/or in close partnership with Business Units across the Bank, to create innovative and industry leading digital products that help our customers to bank Simply Better.
Responsibilities
- Understanding and prioritizing customer needs to develop product roadmaps that deliver on strategic objectives
- Leading, creating and launching market-leading digital products and services independently or in partnership with Business and Support units across the Bank
- OWing the product lifecycle from concept through production to release and growth
- Managing operations, enhancements and growth of assigned initiatives
- Driving adoption and use of digital initiatives by working with Digital marketing teams
- Conducting competitive analysis to enhance offerings
- Working with internal UX team to create User Experience Scenarios (mock-ups) for products
- Acting as Project Sponsor for key development initiatives
- Maintaining information on service performance and application metrics, for analysis and reporting to management
- Ensuring that market analysis, user feedback, analytics and best practices are taken into consideration when driving product strategy
