A leading bank in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for a Compliance Manager to lead, plan and direct activities of operations department to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that risk and control environment across the operations departments are adequately represented in the relevant in order to ensure that all material risk have adequate control in place.
Perform independent process/control reviews for operations deparments.
Identify, assess and manage compliance risks within theur respective business units.
Design, implement and monitor relevant compliance controls to manage the identified compliance risks.
Candidate's Requirements and Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelor's degree
Minimum 10 years work experience in one of the following domains: compliance, operations, internal control and operations risk management across the banking industry.
Strong knowledge on RSCA Implementation/Control Reviews for Operations within Banks
