Business Development Manager - Tangent International

• Seek opportunities & sell Security Solutions in Abu Dhabi
• Build a sales pipeline of reputable organisations
• Create and present proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Continuous building and maintaining contact with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Act as an “Account Manager” to ensure full optimization of the relationship
• Follow internal processes and reporting metrics and ensure transparency and ethics in all customer engagements
• Up-sell and cross-sell the company’s services/solutions into those selected accounts
• Achieve quarterly sales targets.
• Understand clients needs
• Responsible for smooth Collections for the respective accounts with in the defined credit period.
• Must be a hunter and have a strong track record of individually selling multi-year, multimillion-dollar service contracts to the right connects.
