The role of the Associate - Visitor Experience Integration is to assist the team curating content across dedicated areas of the public realm to support a cohesive and engaging visitor experience.
Main responsibilities of this role include:
- Assist in identifying and review the different touchpoints of the visitor experience across the public realm;
- Provide recommendation for content or visitor services that can enhance the day at Expo for a visitor;
- Actively contribute to the development of the narrative that links components of the experience together and enriches the understanding of the visitor;
- Document installations and showcases that fall under different thematic and content areas;
- Document relevant installations in the CMP digital library;
- Provide assistance to content owners in developing briefs, identifying sources of content where necessary;
- Contribute to the daily work of the department as needed;
