We currently looking for an Area Manager for High End Skincare Brand in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the strategy, plans and budgets alongside the GM while monitoring business performance, gross margin and turnover
- Review the P&L reports and analyse the sales figures and forecast for future sales
- Manage and monitor stock, inventory quality and quantity. Provide recommendations for sales and improving product performance
- Work alongside THE marketing team and mediate on product launches, marketing campaigns, events, PR and VM
- Develop new business relationships and identify opportunities to increase sales
- Provide mentoring and coaching to team members to guarantee maximum effectiveness
- Develop strategies to increase effectiveness in store operations
- Conduct regular meetings to review performance and identifying new opportunities
- Assist with the recruitment process and hiring the right team member that fits with the company culture and environment
- Define the sales team commission scheme and ensuring effectiveness
Requirements:- Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in business or marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multiple stores operations
- Good knowledge in Skincare products
- Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft and Excel
- Excellent level in English, Arabic would be a plus
- Candidate must have a UAE driving license
