One of the leading global contractors is in search of a Systems Analyst to hire and join their team in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Responsible with providing technical support via ServiceNow, responding to HR and employee issues and requests.
- Develop user guides and documentation
- Analyse, design and build new complex custom reports and dashboard
- Amendments to Business Processes, Notifications and Security setup, and testing of system enhancements.
- Lead and advise on the bi-annual report and update
- Create and schedule/load outbound and inbound
- Provide support for incident management and integration monitoring
- Liaise with business and technical teams
- Support HR on annual processes
- Other projects and duties as may be required by business needs
The successful candidate must have the following:- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years related experience or equivalent combination
- At least with 5 years relevant work experience
- Very strong HR system knowledge and ideally great background with Workday.
- Result driven professional and able to work flexible hours
- System implementation and/or support experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and can work independently
- Technical knowledge of systems e.g. understanding of systems architecture, SQL, database structures
- Has the drive to learn and apply new technologies and understand business processes
- Knowledgeable of ITIL and IT Service Management
