Warehouse /Supply chain Manager (Life safety and ELV Systems)

To directs and controls warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing material goods.


Ensure sufficient inventory to meet the organization’s needs by ordering products; and managing out-of-stock over-stocked products.


Ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and protection of equipment.


Supervise staff to ensure that all warehouse activities, and all machines and equipment operated, safely. Train new workers in the organization’s operating procedures and standards.


Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.


Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system


Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.


Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.


Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.


Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
