Responsibilities:
- To achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
- To ensure submission of all records/documents with accuracy
- To maintain effective business relationship with customers
- To ensure proper handover in case of absence, for business continuity
- To provide Market feedback on competition and suggest changes for product improvement
- To maximize cross sell of all banking products
- To follow up on all customer conversions and ensure closure as per TAT to avoid any complaints
