The Telesales Executive will be responsible for:
- Contacting the individual clients provided by the company as well as self generated for personal lines of insurance (including motor, medical, home, travel etc.)
- Generating the best available terms for the clients from multiple insurance providers.
- Comparing & analyzing the multiple terms received from different insurers to compile and advise the best options to the clients.
- Following up with the clients via calls and emails.
- Putting maximum efforts to achieve targeted level of closure and retention of clients on regular basis.
- Providing professional and advisory customer service to the clients.
