- Source and recruit qualified candidates to fill openings utilizing online sourcing, employee referrals, cold calling, networking; other creative sourcing activity techniques to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner.
- Perform full life cycle recruiting for Cleared and Non-Cleared Information Technology and other professional skillsets.
- Support the Business Development team with sourcing for contingent hires and proposal candidates for active pursuits
Leverage experience with online sourcing techniques and remain current on all recruiting technology.
- Experience developing and utilizing Boolean search strings successfully to generate candidates
- Evaluate, negotiate, and extend offers to candidates.
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations.
- Organise and complete applicant files and other related paperwork in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Develop a pipeline of talent for future needs. Maintain a strong network of contacts in industry.
- Identify and refine recruiting and hiring processes and procedures, in conjunction with Talent and Human Resources team, by bringing creative and innovative ideas for solutions.
