Description:
• They are looking for intelligent individuals to form part of their innovative software engineering team. The team is involved in all aspects of product development, from the prototyping of ideas through to execution and delivery. They use SCRUM Agile methodology and follow a 2-week sprint cycle with continuous deployment. Their company culture is easy going with a ‘fail safe’ environment - they learn from their mistakes and improve from them. You will help them build the next generation of their web and mobile visualisation and analytics applications. You will also be performing code reviews, helping the team improve the quality of their products.
• The team comprises out of front end, back end and mobile software engineers with the freedom to move between these stacks. Being a part of their team means that you will be contributing to developing features that stretch across their entire stack. Their feature backlog is comprised of small to epic tasks so there are challenges for all levels of experience.
• They strive to have a culture of continuous improvement, and therefore motivate their Engineers to investigate and research alternative ways of doing things - a few examples would be tools to assist with continuous deployment, server optimisation, real time communication etc. They encourage everyone to seek opportunities to grow, and they look for team members who also have a passion to develop themselves.
