<br />RequirementsGraduate / Post graduate in related degree of education
<br />General banking and business area knowledge is necessary in order to steer necessary implementations according to bank strategy. Additionally, experience of managing and delivering transaction banking digital channels for Cash and Trade will be a great advantage.
<br /> Priori experience of working and managing Agile Teams as well as doing capacity planning, vendor management, medium scale development coordination which also comprises management of interfaces and dependencies to other platform teams and also in connection with the agile teams. Additional overview of current testing practices and infrastructure requirements relevant
<br />Expertise in relevant technology, implementation and use cases as well as deep knowledge of tools used in the bank specifically in the transactional areas in the scope of Transaction Banking Cash and Trade.
<br />Knowledge in advanced technologies and state of the art digital portals.
<br />Knowledge of Automation, DevOps and Cloud is desired.
<br />Additional knowledge of the major strategic priorities of the bank and their implications for technology required
