The selected candidate will be responsible for being the HR employee relations expert for all employees within the Middle East and across a number of remote locations

Our client is a leading business within the Media industry who are expanding across the region
Description
- Act as a subject matter expert for all Employee Relations queries within the business
- Work closely with the HR lead to collect all HR information, create reports to show employee trends
- Act as an HR Manager for all employees working within remote locations
- Ensure all new joiners are on boarded successfully and effectively and run all probation reviews
- Manage and monitor all resignations and fulfil exit interviews
- Work closely with line managers to provide coaching in regards to dealing with their overseas employees
- Educate managers on all HR policies and Procedures
- Work as an HR BP and provide strategic support to managers/employees within global locations
Profile- Minimum of 10 years HR experience working with a large business within the Middle East
- Degree Qualified
- Fluent Arabic Speaker - ESSENTIAL
- Experience managing employees across multiple locations globally
- Experience working within the Media/Telcoms industry - Preferred
- Experience working within a role which is heavily focused on Employee relations
