Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Coordinator

Key accountabilities


CRM & Email Marketing


\[ Ownership of the CRM solution (MyGuestList or SalesForce)


\[ Build the CRM plan & architecture across the region


\[ Plan and deliver CRM strategy and engaging initiatives with a view of retaining existing  customers, increasing repeat visitation and expanding the company brand


\[ Source, segment, acquire and manage email marketing data, making sure the customer database is correctly categorised for targeted marketing activities


\[ Delivery of all CRM activities for the business – including direct mail, SMS marketing, site/mobile messaging, loyalty program


\[ Manage the regional promotional calendar with the Head of Marketing, COO, VMs and CC, ensuring that all promotions and campaigns are delivered on time


\[ Drive forward the performance of email marketing in terms of Open Rate, Click Through Rate and ROI whilst reducing unsubscribe rates


\[ Track all campaigns and report performance on a regular basis


\[ Implement testing plans to develop rich and dynamic content, subject lines and promotional offers


\[ Create a culture of ‘always on, test and learn’ to constantly evolve our offering to our customers and drive engagement


\[ Creation of campaign specific landing pages and webforms


\[ Leverage historical campaign results to run the planning and testing process to continuously drive increased customer interest, conversion, sales, LTV and profitability across segments and channels


\[ Deliver weekly reports to the regional team on EDM and Digital performance and next steps


Website


\[ Ownership of the local websites (UAE, QA, KSA, OM) ensuring the content is relevant, engaging and updated regularly in accordance with the brand guidelines, the ongoing campaigns, programs and events and always optimised for driving conversion


\[ Ownership of Shopify website (Merchandise, Memberships and Multi Visit Passes), content and design and mechanics


\[ Lead on the creation of new websites and online platforms (social media channels, GMB, GA, Trip Advisor, etc.) for all upcoming venues


\[ Coordinate with the companies Australia Digital Team on weekly basis on all requested changes and new ticket types


\[ Provide ongoing support of all SEO initiatives including reporting, analysis and optimization recommendations along with the digital agency


Social Media


· Monitor trends in the market which can be used for  content.
