Responsibilities:
• Design and implement daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly automated reports and tailor them to address business needs
• Deliver ad-hoc reports when needed from Data Warehouse to answer specific business questions
• Develop, maintain, enhance Enterprise dashboards portfolio (operational, tactical and strategic), and present findings to top management with storytelling capabilities
• Monitor performance indicators, create alerts, highlight trends and provide preliminary root cause analysis of unexpected variance
• Monitor, assess and report campaigns performance when needed
• Ensure that reports and dashboards are delivered within the Service Level Agreements set
• Develop an acute understanding of business needs through constant engagement with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide data requirements to data engineers and make sure all required metrics are aggregated and available in DWH
• Provide support to end users and train the trainer
• Work with data governance team to help drive consistency in MDM and data definitions to create a trusted source of data
• Responsible to build BI roadmap and implementation plan
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
