Grandiose is recruiting a Security Manager to lead the loss and prevention department for all the supermarkets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential risks and propose action plans to ensure safe conditions for people, assets, merchandise and the environment in the store.
• Guarantee that all the stores respect the National Security procedures
• Ensure all store procedure linked with security matters (Business Cycle) are controlled
• Guarantee the proper application of the theft handling procedures in the stores.
• Ensure the security aspect for all the new projects are in compliance with the security procedure.
• Guarantee the quality of relations with authorities (Fire Brigade, Traffic Department, Police station), residents and environment.
Guarantee the below implementation:
• Basic receiving procedures
• Returns to suppliers procedures
• Merchandise transfers internal and external procedures
• Home delivery
• Cashier process and procedures
• Emergency exit
• Ensure the training and implementation of the training against fire
• Ensure the CCTV camera equipment’s and organization in the stores
• Ensure the protection and safe equipment’s of employees (butcher, fishery etc.)
• Elaborate with the merchandise team action plans to decrease the shrinkage in the stores
