We are looking for ¬¬passionate Sales Executives who have a flair for delivering an extraordinary customer experience to join our highly successful sales team.


Key Responsibilities


• Inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury selling experience to all by using your excellent product and brand knowledge
• Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business
• Ensure customer loyalty by collecting customer information, thus building and maintaining a clientele base
• Advising customers on general information about product/brand heritage, features, warranties and trends and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for luxury products
• Ensuring exceptional customer service experience to after-sales customer visiting the stores by following the store’s after-sales processes and ensures full adherence to repair/return policies and procedures.
